Katerina Andrea Michael - CEO & Senior Agent
Katerina started out as a child actor starring in programs for the BBC and Channel 4. She graduated from East 15 Acting School in 2008 and has had a very successful career as an actor.
She fell into talent management when she became a mother and fell in love with the role.
She then decided to launch ICM and ICC after having worked as an agent in London for Simon & How Associates and United Agents LLP.
She is now the CEO and founder of Independent Creative Management Ltd and Independent Creative Casting Ltd.
Her Passion is to guide, nurture and develop the careers of up and coming artists who like her as a child, had a dream.
Mackenzie Shoob - Assistant & Junior Agent
Mackenzie started out training as a Production Assistant during her studies at Elstree Screen Arts Academy, where she found her passion for the Film and TV industry.
She then went on to work as a runner for the Studio Management team at Elstree Film Studios learning all the different aspects of studio life.
Mackenzie always knew that "Talent Management", was her passion so when the opportunity arose to be a Junior Agent for Independent Creative Management (ICM), she knew it would be an incredible opportunity.
Mackenzie is excited to be working with the ICM client list and is looking forward to building a list of her own where she can nurture new and upcoming talent through this incredible industry.

Kelly Andrews is an ex-agent and veteran of the entertainment industry. She previously worked as an agent and was the Co-Chair of the Personal Managers’ Association (PMA). She now works independently as a business affairs consultant and professional coach, sharing her expertise and supporting agents to become “safeguarding superheroes”.
With 30 years in the industry and a self-proclaimed “nerd” on the contractual side of the business, Kelly provides her expertise to a diverse range of clients. We are pleased to collaborate with Kelly as a trusted third-party supplier within our network.
